发现问题：

UserWarning: Failed to load image Python extension: '[WinError 127] 找不到指定的程序。'If you don't plan on using image functionality from `torchvision.io`, you can ignore this warning. Otherwise, there might be something wrong with your environment. Did you have `libjpeg` or `libpng` installed before building `torchvision` from source?

其实只是一个警告，不是错误。

解决问题：

是因为pytorch与torchvision的版本不对应。可以参考下面的链接修改：
