我把所有需要的环境变量都配置好了，在 cmd 中直接运行 python 也是没有问题的。但是就在我运行 perl 文件的时候，报错 “Can't find a default python”. 我查阅了很多资料，最后在 stackoverflow上找到很好的解决方案：

打开 cmd，运行以下代码：

1. Associate the correct file group with .py scripts:

assoc .py=Python.File

2. Redirect all python files to the new executable:

ftype Python.File="C:\Python\python.exe" %1 %*

其中 "C:\Python\python.exe" 替换为你自己的 python路径。
