解决办法：
是因为做集群的时候没有将讲个服务器的security文件夹同步
将已经启动的一个节点服务器下的
/bea/user_projects/domains/servyou_domain目录下的 security 文件夹替换到现在要启动的服务器下的 security 文件夹
