GSDB全球制裁数据库(1949-2023）

数据简介

本数据为Global Sanctions Database(GSDB全球制裁数据库)，由美国德雷塞尔大学勒波商学院、奥地利经济研究所和德国康斯坦茨应用技术大学共同开发，详细记录了从1949年到2023年发生在全球范围内的各类型制裁案例，主要分为单边制裁和多边制裁，且制裁种类主要为贸易、武器、军事、金融、旅行以及其他。在当中，制裁基本上是由数个主权国家或国际组织对一个或以上目标国家、政治实体发起的抵制/惩罚行动，同时也记录了各制裁案例中的制裁发起理由以及制裁成效。

在不少用户的请求下，我们特此引入该数据库，方便大家研究使用；我们也建议该数据库中的部分信息可用作DID实证分析。

另外，该数据库分为两个子数据库，一个仅宽泛记录，当中“被制裁方”和“制裁发起方”包含一个或多个政治实体，而另一个则将记录扩展为细致记录，即每个观测值为一个实体对另一实体发起的制裁。

举个例子：

在宽泛记录中，美国对波兰、匈牙利和捷克斯洛伐克在1961年发起的制裁，案例代码为68。

 

在详细记录中，则是以下表达法，在美国针对同一国家的制裁中，还有哪些制裁案例中也含有美国对制裁该国的参与。

 

当中，案例代码“13”是指始于1950年巴黎统筹委员会对经济互助委员会发起的制裁，这种情况属于多对多制裁。
